• Rates are per room per night, based upon two people sharing
• Rates include breakfast in house and are charged at £10 per head in the Shippen
• Well behaved children and dogs are welcome
• Glebe Farm is a non smoking establishment

A deposit of 50% of the intended stay is required to secure the accommodation

Deposit and final payment can be made by cash / card / cheque or online bank transfer. Please contact us for the banking details

Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel a booking.

We will refund the deposit if cancelled more than 7 days before the booking starts

If you cancel within 48hrs of the booking then we will charge you the full price for the accommodation 

Your room will be available from 4-00pm and you are welcome to stay until 11-00am on the day of departure.  Should you need any variation to this then please let us know in advance and we will do what we can to help.  Please call 01548 532850 to advise of your arrival time

Glebe Farm is a no smoking establishment

Children and well behaved dogs are welcome with prior notice

Dogs are required to sleep in a crate and are not allowed on the bed in any circumstances

Charges will be made if additional cleaning is required as a result of dog behaviour

We reserve the right to cancel a booking without liability on our part in the event of circumstances beyond our control.  We will of course advise as soon as possible and endeavour to find alternative accommodation
